CEO
From wharfie, logging, sawmill and machine operator during the 70’s and 80’s in both Holland and Sweden, Everardus became the Safety Manager for Masterfoods of Australia in Wyong NSW in 1995. After 10 years in this role he founded Coastal OHS Services Pty Ltd in 2005 which is now trading as Leading Safety Training. Everardus brings more than 20 years of real life safety management experience into the training programs that we deliver. He understands safety from a management and worker perpective.
Dr. Ute Steinel
DIRECTOR
Dr. Ute Steinel joined the team in 2014 as Director. Ute has run her own medical practices in both Germany and Australia for over 20 years. Because of her extensive experience as a Medical Practitioner, she is well aware and has experienced first hand, the devastating effects poor safety can have on individuals, families and the community at large.
CUSTOMER SERVICES
Lutz joined the team in 2014 as IT and Customer Service Manager. He not only manages our software and hardware requirements but he is also the wizard who designs software programs to meet other business needs. Lutz engages with our customers and is committed to deliver the highest level of customer service.
Training Staff
Our trainers are especially selected for their industry experience, integrity and interpersonal skills. They have the required government training qualifications.
Arguably, they are amongst the best in the field.
